Voiceover text
If you have a text ready for voiceover recording, use this section or send it to us for assistance. Before submitting, please ensure all names, words, and dates are accurate and error-free.
Specify the desired tone of the voiceover recording, such as fast, slow, convincing, fun, or serious.
We will record your text exactly as you requested. If you need to emphasize something, highlight parts of the text using bold. Please provide us with the appropriate pronunciation to ensure we pronounce any foreign words or brands correctly.
Typically, there are about 60 words in a 30-second recording and 110 words in a minute.

Music
Do you require the music for your voiceover? We can provide it for you. When ordering a voice recording, specify the desired mood. You can add a YouTube clip for inspiration for us. Music is included in the price with all royalties paid.

Selection of voices
You can listen to our voices here. Listen to samples and imagine which of our voice actors will fit best in your voiceover. If you need a voice recording, for example, in English and Estonian, choose one voice from the list of English voices and one from the list of Estonian voice talents.
Pricing
Our pricing for voiceover recordings is based on the length of the recording, ranging from 100 to 200 EUR + VAT for up to one minute of content. The total cost is determined by the talent of the voiceover actor and their fee. If you need a quote for a specific recording, please let us know.
Please note that if a new voice actor is chosen after the recording has been completed, this will be considered a new recording and will require full payment for the new actor's time and studio usage.
Our pricing includes all fees related to studio usage, voice actor fees, and royalty licenses. You will receive a finished audio file that you can use as needed.
If you need to edit the recording after completion, please let us know, and we will do our best to find a solution. Depending on the situation, it may be possible to make the necessary changes without involving the voice actor again. However, if a complete rewrite is necessary, a 50% charge will be based on the original voice actor's fee.

If you require a particular audio file format, please let us know and we will prepare it for you at no extra cost.
Discounts
We have discounts available if you need voiceover recordings for a large volume or a long-term project. Please contact us, and we can chat about the best terms for everyone involved.
Deadlines
We respect our customers' time and always meet deadlines. You can count on us to produce the voice recording within one to three working days. If the text is particularly lengthy, we will agree on the deadlines individually.
Invoices
Once the audio recording is complete, we will send a marked audio file for your review. You can listen to it and confirm that everything is accurate. If it meets your standards, we will send you an invoice. Upon payment, we will promptly deliver the final voiceover recording.
